Abstract
Abstract
Digital transformation in the healthcare sector has become an important factor in improving the quality of hospital services in the modern era. The level of digital maturity reflects how well hospitals are able to integrate technology into service systems effectively and sustainably. This study aims to analyze the level of hospital digital maturity in supporting healthcare service quality. This research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach conducted in a hospital, involving healthcare workers and administrative staff as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires based on digital maturity indicators, including aspects of technology, human resources, processes, and governance. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to measure the level of digital maturity and its relationship with service quality. The results showed that the hospital's digital maturity level was in the moderate to high category, with the technology and infrastructure aspects having the highest scores compared to human resource aspects. In addition, it was found that increased digital maturity contributed to service efficiency, reduced patient waiting time, and improved patient satisfaction. However, there are still challenges in terms of human resource training and optimization of digital system utilization. The conclusion of this study is that the level of hospital digital maturity plays an important role in improving service quality, but it needs to be supported by strengthening human resource capacity and optimal system management.
