Maternal and Child Health (MCH) programs are a major priority in health development; however, their implementation in rural areas still faces various challenges, particularly in health service recording and monitoring systems. This study aimed to analyze the effect of information technology–based community health services on the implementation of the Maternal and Child Health program in Arse Village, South Tapanuli Regency. This study employed an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The research population consisted of all mothers participating in the MCH program in Arse Village, with a total sample of 50 respondents selected using total sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most respondents perceived information technology–based community health services as inadequate (56.0%), and the implementation of the MCH program was categorized as suboptimal (60.0%). Bivariate analysis indicated a significant effect of information technology–based community health services on the implementation of the Maternal and Child Health program, with a p-value of 0.003. In conclusion, strengthening information technology–based community health services plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of Maternal and Child Health programs at the village level.
