Unsafe acts and unsafe conditions are the direct causes of accidents and the main causes of management errors. The implementation of the K3 program in the workplace aims to keep workers healthy and safe while working. This study is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional method by studying the dynamics of the correlation between risk factors and effects, using an approach, observation or data collection at one time (point time approach) aimed at finding out the description of factors that influence worker behavior regarding K3 in the gold mining area of ??PT. Martunas, Mandailing Natal Regency, the results showed that there was no relationship between knowledge and K3 behavior (p value 0.158), There was a relationship between attitudes and K3 behavior (p value (0.000). Worker behavior regarding K3 in the Gold Mining of PT. Martunas can be concluded from the 47 respondents who have been studied, most of the respondents have very good K3 behavior, namely 86% of the total number
